Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Epsom College (Modification) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 23rd April 1999.

Section 2Modification
In so far as the relevant instruments concern property applicable for or in connection with the provision of education in any establishment in paragraphs 1 to 5 of the Table in section 22 of the said Act of 1975, they shall have effect as if, in the 1855 Act and in the 1894 Act, there were substituted for the words “sons” and “boys” wherever they occur the word “children”.
