Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Refund of Tax) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 8th May 2000.

Section 2
The Greater London Authority (a body corporate established by section 1 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 ) is specified for the purposes of section 33 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.
