(1) This Order may be cited as the A421 Trunk Road (Marsh Leys Improvement) (Trunking) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 19th May 2000.
(2) In this Order, all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway.
The highway described in the Schedule to this Order shall become a trunk road from the date when this Order comes into force.
The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the site plan in the folio numbered HA10/PS/234 marked “The A421 Trunk Road (Marsh Leys Improvement) (Trunking) Order 2000”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Highways Agency, St Christopher House, Southwark Street, London SE1 0TE.
