Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 24th January 2000.

Section 2

The following Orders shall be revoked.
(a) The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 4) Order 1999 .
(b) The Export of Goods (Control) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1999 .

Section 3

“Indonesia” shall be removed from Schedule 3 to the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 .
