This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 1999, Schedule 10, Paragraph 18, (First and Second Appointed Days) Order 2000.

Section 2
For the purposes of paragraph 18 of Schedule 10 to the Finance Act 1999—
(a) the day appointed as “the first appointed day” is 10th May 2000;
(b) the day appointed as “the second appointed day” is 1st December 2000.
