Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Carriage of Goods by Sea (Parties to Convention) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 15th May 2000.

Section 2

The Schedule to the Carriage of Goods by Sea (Parties to Convention) Order 1985 shall be amended as follows:
(a) after the entry relating to the Kingdom of Belgium, there shall be inserted:
(b) after the entry relating to the French Republic, there shall be inserted:
(c) after the entry relating to the German Democratic Republic, there shall be inserted:
