Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (British Wool Marketing Board) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 24th May 2000.

Section 2Amendment of the Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Adaptation of Functions etc. ) Order 1999
In paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Cross-Border Public Authorities) (Adaptation of Functions etc.) Order 1999 for sub-paragraph (1) there shall be substituted—
(1) This paragraph applies to any function exercisable by a Minister of the Crown under the 1958 Act to make an Order revoking, or an Order approving an amendment or consolidation of, the Scheme approved by the principal Order.
