Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Designs (Convention Countries) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 24th May 2000.

The Designs (Convention Countries) (Amendment) Order 2000
Section 2
Taiwan is a convention country for the purposes of all of the provisions of the Registered Designs Act 1949.
Section 3
The Designs (Convention Countries) Order 1994 shall be amended by the insertion in Schedule 1 thereto of Taiwan in proper alphabetical order.
