Section 1

The Order may be cited as The A63 Trunk Road (Selby Road Junction) Order 1994 (Variation) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 26th May 2000.

Section 2

The A63 Trunk Road (Selby Road Junction) Order 1994 is hereby varied as follows:

(a) For article 2 to that Order substitute—

(2) The new highways which the Secretary of State proposes to construct along the routes described in the Schedule to this Order shall become trunk roads from the date when this Order comes into force

(b) The deposited plan to this Order numbered HA10/PS/191 and marked “The A63 Trunk Road (Selby Road Junction) Order 1994 (Variation) Order 2000”, signed by the authority of the Secretary of State at the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, Great Minster House, 76 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DR, shall be substituted for the plan numbered HA10/YHCPD53 marked the A63 Trunk Road (Selby Road Junction) Order 1994 which shall be disregarded; and

(c) the Schedule to that Order shall become Schedule 1 and the Schedule to this Order which is numbered 2 is added to that Order.
