Section 1Title, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Food (Animal Products from Belgium) (Emergency Control) (Revocation) (England and Wales) Order 2000, shall come into force on 12th May 2000 and shall extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Revocation

The Food (Animal Products from Belgium) (Emergency Control) (England and Wales) Order 2000 is hereby revoked.
