Section 1 Title and commencment

This Order may be cited as the Undersized Whiting (Revocation) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 15th June 2000.

Section 2 Revocation

(1) The Undersized Whiting Order 1992 is hereby revoked, except in so far as it:

(a) forms part of the law of Scotland; or

(b) has effect in relation to Wales.

(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1), “Wales” has the same meaning as in section 155(1) of the Government of Wales Act 1998 .
