Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the GLA Side Roads (London Borough of Haringey) Designation Order 2000 and shall come into force on 19th June 2000.

Section 2Designation of GLA side roads

(1) The roads in the London borough of Haringey specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated as GLA side roads .

(2) The description of a road includes the intersection of that road and any other road that crosses it at the same level.

(3) In the Schedule “m” means metres.

(4) In accordance with section 124A(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, 3rd July 2000 is hereby specified as the date on which the designated roads are to become GLA side roads.

Section 1

Bishops Road—

(a) (east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 18m south of the south western kerbline of Archway Road;

(b) (west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and the northern wall of Highgate Magistrates Court.

Section 2

Causton Road—

(a) (south east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 45m south west of the south western kerbline of Archway Road;

(b) (north west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 41m south west of the south western kerbline of Archway Road.

Section 3

Cholmeley Park between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and the party wall of 2 and 4 Cholmeley Park.

Section 4

Church Road—

(a) (south east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 23m south west of the south western kerbline of Archway Road;

(b) (north west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 18m south west of the south western kerbline of Archway Road.

Section 5

Cromwell Avenue—

(a) (south east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 23m south west of the south western kerbline of Archway Road;

(b) (north west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and the party wall of 4 and 6 Cromwell Avenue.

Section 6

Great North Road—

(a) (south west side) between its junction with Aylmer Road (A1) and the party wall of 18 and 19 Aylmer Parade;

(b) (north east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 2m north west of the common boundary of 6 and 8 Great North Road.

Section 7

Highgate Avenue—

(a) (east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 38m south of the south western kerbline of Archway Road;

(b) (west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 47m south of the south western kerbline of Archway Road.

Section 8

Holmesdale Road—

(a) (south east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 15m east of the north eastern kerbline of Archway Road;

(b) (north west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 8m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Archway Road.

Section 9

Jacksons Lane—

(a) (south east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and the party wall of 1 and 3 Jacksons Lane;

(b) (north west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 33m south west of the party wall of 1 and 3 Jacksons Lane.

Section 10

Kenwood Road between its junction with North Hill and a point 16m south west of the south western kerbline of North Hill.

Section 11

Langdon Park Road—

(a) (south east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 16m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Archway Road;

(b) (north west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 8m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Archway Road.

Section 12

Muswell Hill Road—

(a) (east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and the south eastern kerbline of Wood Lane;

(b) (west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 36m north of the north eastern kerbline of Archway Road.

Section 13

North Hill—

(a) (south west side) between its junction with Kenwood Road and a point 8m south east of the southern kerbline of Kenwood Road;

(b) (north east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 18m south east of the southern kerbline of Bakers Lane.

Northwood Road—

(a) (south east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 22m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Archway Road;

(b) (north west side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 30m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Archway Road.

Shepherds Hill—

(a) (south east side) between its junction with Archway Road (A1) and a point 26m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Archway Road;

All Hallows Road between its junction with The Roundway (A10) and a point 8m west of the party wall of 2 and 4 All Hallows Road.

Awlfield Avenue—

(a) (north arm) between its junction with The Roundway (A10) and a point 6m south of the southern wall of 261 The Roundway;

(b) (south arm) between its junction with The Roundway (A10) and a point 10m south west of the south western kerbline of The Roundway.

Bedwell Road between its junction with The Roundway (A10) and a point opposite the south wall of 307 The Roundway.

Broadwater Road between its junction with Lordship Lane and a point 36m south of the southern kerbline of Lordship Lane.

Cambridge Gardens between its junction with Great Cambridge Road (A10) and a point 12m west of the western kerbline of Great Cambridge Road.
