Section 3
(a) The Society is established for charitable purposes only.
(b) The principal objects of the Society are to provide, construct, improve, manage and maintain Homes and any associated amenities for and to contribute towards the maintenance of distressed or aged persons in need and their partners to mitigate the ills consequent on old age affecting such persons with priority being given to persons who have been licensed victuallers and thereafter to persons who have worked in breweries, distilleries and other industries providing goods and services to the licensed trade and thereafter to distressed or aged persons in need and others as aforesaid.
