This Order may be cited as the GLA Side Roads (London Borough of Richmond upon Thames) Designation Order 2000 and shall come into force on 19th June 2000.

The GLA Side Roads (London Borough of Richmond upon Thames) Designation Order 2000
(1) The roads in the London borough of Richmond upon Thames specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated as GLA side roads .
(2) The description of a road includes the intersection of that road and any other road that crosses it at the same level.
(3) In the Schedule “m” means metres.
(4) In accordance with section 124A(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, 3rd July 2000 is hereby specified as the date on which the designated roads are to become GLA side roads.
Avenue Gardens between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the northern building wall of 110 Upper Richmond Road West.
Beechwood Avenue between its junction with Mortlake Road (A205) and a point opposite the western rear building wall of 62 Mortlake Road.
Burlington Avenue between its junction with Mortlake Road (A205) and a point opposite the north western rear building wall of 46 Mortlake Road.
Cambridge Road between its junction with Mortlake Road (A205) and a point opposite the north eastern kerbline of the access road to the rear of 1 to 9 Mortlake Road.
Carlton Road between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 2A Carlton Road.
Colston Road between its junction with Sheen Lane (B351) and a point opposite the party wall of 365 and 367 Upper Richmond Road West.
Connaught Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of The Cottage, Connaught Avenue.
Courtlands Avenue between its junction with Mortlake Road (A205) and a point opposite the party wall of 2 and 3 Courtlands Avenue.
Coval Road between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern kerbline of Coval Passage.
Cumberland Road between its junction with Mortlake Road (A205) and a point opposite the party boundary of 28 and 30 Cumberland Road.
Deanhill Road between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the northern flank wall of 5 Deanhill Road.
Derby Road between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the party wall of 4 and 5 Derby Court, Derby Road.
East Sheen Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 1 East Sheen Avenue.
Elm Road—
(a) (east side) between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 2 Elm Road;
(b) (west side) between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 1 Elm Road.
Forest Road between its junction with Mortlake Road (A205) and a point opposite the north eastern rear property boundary of 41 Mortlake Road.
Gilpin Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 2A Gilpin Avenue.
Gipsy Lane between its junction with Upper Richmond Road (A205) and a point 20m north westwards.
Gordon Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 4 Gordon Avenue.
Graemsdyke Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 52 Graemsdyke Avenue.
Grosvenor Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the rear building wall of 96 Upper Richmond Road West.
Grosvenor Gardens between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 2 Grosvenor Gardens.

(a) (east arm) (i) (north junction) between its junction with Kew Road (A205) and a point opposite the part wall of 106 and 108 Waterloo Place; (ii) (south junction) between its junction with Kew Road (A205) and the southern kerbline of Gloucester Road;
(b) (west arm) (i) (north junction) between its junction with Kew Road (A205) and a point 20m westwards; (ii) (south junction) between its junction with Kew Road (A205) and a point opposite the party wall of 21 and 23 Kew Green.
Kew Road between its junction with Mortlake Road (A205) and a point opposite the party wall of 350 and 352 Kew Road.
Kings Road between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the rear building wall of 140 Upper Richmond Road West.
Kingsway between its junction with Clifford Avenue (A205) and a point opposite the party wall of 143 and 145 Kingsway.
Langdale Close between its junction with Clifford Avenue (A205) and the back of the Clifford Avenue footway.
Larches Avenue between its junction with Sheen Lane (B351) and a point 10m eastwards.
Leconfield Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road (A205) and a point opposite the rear building wall of 484 Upper Richmond Road West.
Leinster Avenue between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the southern flank wall of 51 Leinster Avenue.
Lewin Road between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the party wall of 1 and 3 Lewin Road.
Leyborne Park between its junction with Mortlake Road (A205) and a point opposite the north eastern flank wall of 59 Leyborne Park.
Milton Road between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the party wall of 1 and 2 Juxon’s Cottage, Milton Road.
Palewell Park between its junction with Upper Richmond Road West (A205) and a point opposite the northern flank wall of 2 Palewell Park.
