Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the GLA Side Roads (London Borough of Wandsworth) Designation Order 2000 and shall come into force on 19th June 2000.

Section 2 Designation of GLA side roads

(1) The roads in the London borough of Wandsworth specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated as GLA side roads .

(2) The description of a road includes the intersection of that road and any other road that crosses it at the same level.

(3) In the Schedule “m” means metres.

(4) In accordance with section 124A(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, 3rd July 2000 is hereby specified as the date on which the designated roads are to become GLA side roads.

Section 1

Abyssinia Road—

(a) (north side) between its junction with Northcote Road and a point 18m west of the western kerbline of Northcote Road;

(b) (south side) between its junction with Northcote Road and a point 7m west of the western kerbline of Northcote Road.

Section 2

Acris Street—

(a) (north east side) between its junction with Huguenot Place (A3) and a point 13m north west of the south eastern flank wall of 4 Huguenot Place;

(b) (south west side) between its junction with Huguenot Place (A3) and a point 4m north west of the north western flank wall of 2 Acris Street.

Section 3

Alfriston Road between its junction with Clapham Common West Side (A3) and a point 14m north west of the north western boundary wall of 1 Alfriston Road.

Section 4

All Saints Passage between its junction with Wandsworth High Street (A3) and a point 4m north of the northern kerbline of Wandsworth High Street.

Section 5

Alma Road between its junction with East Hill (A3) and a point 20m north west of the north western kerbline of East Hill.

Section 6

Almeric Road between its junction with Battersea Rise (A3) and a point 15m north of the northern boundary wall of 2 Almeric Road.

Altenburg Gardens—

(a) (east side) between its junction with Clapham Common North Side (A3) and a point 21m south of the southern boundary wall of 4 Altenburg Gardens;

(b) (west side) between its junction with Clapham Common North Side (A3) and a point 18m south of the southern boundary wall of 17 Altenburg Gardens.

Alton Road between its junction with Kingston Road (A3) and an imaginary straight line drawn between a point on the east side 18m north of the north western kerbline of Kingston Road and a point opposite.

Amerland Road between its junction with West Hill (A3) and the north western kerbline of Everatt Close.

Section 10

Auckland Road between its junction with Battersea Rise (A3) and a point 5m north west of the north western boundary wall of 1 Auckland Road.

Barchard Street (north side) between its junction with Fairfield Street (A3) and a point 5m east of the eastern flank wall of 6 Barchard Street.

Section 12

Bartholomew Close between its junction with East Hill (A3) and a point 2m south east of the north western flank wall of 50 East Hill.

Beaumont Road between its junction with West Hill (A3) and a point 4.5m north west of the front boundary of 173 and 175 Beaumont Road.

(a) (north arm) between its junction with Battersea Rise (A3) and a point 55m north west of the north western kerbline of Battersea Rise;

Boutflower Road between its junction with Battersea Rise (A3) and an imaginary straight line drawn between a point on the north side at the front boundary of 2 and 3 Boutflower Road and a point opposite.
