Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st July 2000.

Section 2

The Education (Student Support) (European Institutions) Regulations 1999 shall be amended as follows.

Section 3

In regulation 3(1)(e) , for the words “has held” substitute the words “has not held”.
