Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the BHB Community Health Care, the Forest Healthcare, the Havering Hospitals and the Redbridge Health Care National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

Section 2 Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The BHB Community Health Care National Trust Service Trust established by the BHB Community Health Care Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(2) The Forest Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Forest Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(3) The Havering Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Havering Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

(4) The Redbridge Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the Redbridge Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
