Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Greater London (Penalty Fares) (Croydon Tramlink Designation) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 3rd July 2000.

The Greater London (Penalty Fares) (Croydon Tramlink Designation) Order 2000
Section 2
In this Order “Tramlink” has the same meaning as in section 2(1) of the Croydon Tramlink Act 1994 .
Section 3
The Secretary of State hereby designates all services on Tramlink as services in relation to which paragraph 9 of Schedule 17 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999 is to apply.
