This Order may be cited as the Employment Code of Practice (Access to Workers during Recognition and Derecognition Ballots) Order 2000 and comes into force on 6th June 2000.

The Employment Code of Practice (Access to Workers during Recognition and Derecognition Ballots) Order 2000
The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Code of Practice on Access to Workers during Recognition and Derecognition Ballots issued by the Secretary of State pursuant to section 203 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (the draft of which was laid before both Houses of Parliament on 8th May 2000 and approved by a resolution of the House of Commons on 23rd May 2000 and of the House of Lords on 22nd May 2000) is 6th June 2000.
