Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 28th June 2000.

Section 2
In regulation 3 of the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) Regulations 1986 for “£230” there shall be substituted “£244” and for “ £93” there shall be substituted “£99”.
