Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Value Added Tax (Refund of Tax) (No. 2) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 3rd July 2000.

Section 2
The London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (the body corporate reconstituted by section 328 of, and Schedule 28 to, the Greater London Authority Act 1999 ) is specified for the purposes of section 33 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.
