The Supreme Court Fees (Amendment No. 3) Order 2000

Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court Fees (Amendment No. 3) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 3rd July 2000.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

(a) “the 1999 Fees Order ” means the Supreme Court Fees Order 1999 ;

(b) a fee or column referred to by number means the fee or column so numbered in Schedule 1 to the 1999 Fees Order.

Section 3 Amendments to the 1999 Fees Order

In column 1 in fee 1.5(b) after the word “client” there shall be added the words “; or on the commencement of costs-only proceedings”.

Section 4 Amendments to the 1999 Fees Order

In column 1 in fee 2.6, after the word “oath” there shall be added the words “or an order for evidence to be taken by deposition”.
