Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2000.

Section 2

The following provisions of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999 shall come into force on 26th June 2000:

(a) Part I (referrals to youth offender panels) in so far as it is not already in force and Schedule 1;

(b) paragraphs 5 to 9, 11, 20, 23, and 25 to 30 of Schedule 4, and section 67(1) in so far as it refers to them; and

(c) paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 7.
