This order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 9th July 2000.

The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 2000
A safety zone is hereby established around each installation specified in column 1 of the Schedule hereto (being an installation stationed in waters to which subsection (7) of section 21 of the Act applies) having a radius of five hundred metres from the point as respects that installation which has the co-ordinates of latitude and longitude according to European Datum (1950) specified in columns 2 and 3 of the Schedule.
In Schedule 1 to the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Order 1999 the entry relating to Gryphon Field is deleted.
In the Schedule to the Offshore installations (Safety Zones)(No.3) Order 1999 —
(a) in the first entry relating to Balmoral Satellite Well, for the words “01°08'05"” in column (3) there shall be substituted the words “01°08'03"”;
(b) in the second entry relating to Balmoral Satellite Well—
(i) for the words “58°13'76"” in column (2) there shall be substituted the words “58°13'46"”;
(ii) for the words “01°05'25"” in column (3) there shall be substituted the words “01°05'15"”.
