Section 1Title, commencement and extent
(1) This Order may be cited as the Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 22nd June 2000.
(2) This Order shall extend to England only.

Section 2Amendment to the Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000
(1) The Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000 shall be amended in accordance with this article.
(2) In article 2(3) , in the text of paragraph (2B), for the words “sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph (2A)”, there shall be substituted the words “sub-paragraph (d) of paragraph (2A)”.
Section 3Revocation
The Pet Travel Scheme (Pilot Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2000 is hereby revoked.
