Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1999 (Commencement No. 3) (England) Order 2000.

Section 2Commencement

Sections 1(1)(f), (i), (j), 1(2)(d), 1(4)(c) and 2(4) of the Local Government Act 1999 shall come into force on 3rd July 2000.
