Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Herefordshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st October 2000.

The Herefordshire Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Herefordshire Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
