Section 1 Citation, commencement, operation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Angola (United Nations Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 14th July 2000.

(2) In this Order, “ the Order ” means the Angola (United Nations Sanctions) (Dependent Territories) Order 1993 .

(3) This Order shall extend to the following territories—

Anguilla

Bermuda

British Antarctic Territory

British Indian Ocean Territory

British Virgin Islands

Cayman Islands

Falkland Islands

South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands

Gibraltar

Montserrat

Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands

St Helena

St Helena Dependencies

The UK Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia in the island of Cyprus

Turks and Caicos Islands

Section 2 Citation, commencement, operation and extent

Article 3 of the Order shall be amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (1) (b), after the words “agree to supply or deliver,” there shall be inserted—

; or

(c) do any act calculated to promote the supply or delivery of

(b) in paragraph (2), after the reference to (1)(b), there shall be inserted “or (c)”.
