Section 1Citation, commencement and effect

(1) This Order may be cited as the Attorney General’s Salary Order 2000.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 13th July 2000.
(3) The change in salary in article 2 of this Order shall apply in respect of any period of a year beginning on or after 1st April 1999.

Section 2Attorney General’s Salary

For the annual amount of salary specified in Part III of Schedule 1 to the Ministerial and other Salaries Act 1975 in relation to the Attorney General there shall be substituted £87,585.
