Section 1 Citation, commencement, operation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Angola (United Nations Sanctions) (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 14th July 2000.

(2) In this Order “ the Order ” means the Angola (United Nations Sanctions) (Isle of Man) Order 1993 .

(3) This Order shall extend to the Isle of Man, as part of its law.

Section 2 Citation, commencement, operation and extent

Article 3 of the Order shall be amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (1)(b), after the words “agree to supply or deliver” there shall be inserted—

(c) do any act calculated to promote the supply or delivery of

(b) in paragraph (2) after the reference to “(1)(b)” there shall be inserted “or (c)”.
