Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Medical Act 1983 (Medical Education) Order 2000, and shall come into force on 3rd August 2000.

Section 2 Medical Education: bodies and combinations of bodies entitled to hold qualifying examinations

In section 4(2) of the Medical Act 1983 (which sets out the bodies and combinations of bodies entitled to hold qualifying examinations), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

(aa) a combination of the University of Leicester and the University of Warwick;
