Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Inner London Youth Courts (Selection of Chairmen) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on the day on which section 78 of the Access to Justice 1999 comes into force.

Section 2
The Inner London Youth Courts (Selection of Chairmen) Order 1990 shall be amended by—
(a) the substitution in articles 6 and 9 for the words “Chief Metropolitan Stipendiary Magistrate” of the words “Senior District Judge (Chief Magistrate)”; and
(b) the substitution in articles 6, 9 and 12 for the words “stipendiary magistrate” of the words “District Judge (Magistrates' Courts)”.
