Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 14th August 2000.

(2) These Regulations do not extend to Scotland.

Section 2Amendment of general gaming hours

In regulation 4(1) of the Gaming Clubs (Hours and Charges) Regulations 1984 for “four” there shall be substituted “six”.
