Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Horticultural Development Council (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st October 2000.

Section 2Amendment of the Horticultural Development Council Order 1986

In the Horticultural Development Council Order 1986 , in article 9 (charges for expenses)—
(a) in paragraph (1), in sub-paragraph (b), for the number “7” there shall be substituted the number “15”;
(b) in paragraph (3), for the amount “£25,000” there shall be substituted the amount “£50,000”.
