Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Kent and Sussex Weald and the Mid Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
The Kent and Sussex Weald National Health Service Trust established by the Kent and Sussex Weald National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order and the Mid Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the Mid Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order are hereby dissolved, and accordingly those Orders are revoked.
