Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Litigation Authority (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st October 2000.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

In the National Health Service Litigation Authority Regulations 1995 , in regulation 7 (disqualification for appointment), in paragraph (1)(e), for “a director” substitute “an executive director”.
