Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Variation of Leave) (Amendment) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 2nd October 2000.

Section 2

In the Immigration (Variation of Leave) Order 1976 , after paragraph (2)(d) of article 3, there is to be inserted—

(e) in a case in which the date of the decision is 2nd October 2000 or later.
