Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Swine Fever (Movement Restriction Areas) (Amendment) Order 2000; it extends to England only, and comes into force at 5.45 p.m. on 12th September 2000.

Section 2Amendment of the Swine Fever (Movement Restriction Areas) Order 2000

In article 3(1) of the Swine Fever (Movement Restriction Areas) Order 2000 for the word “pigs” there shall be substituted the word “animals”.
