Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the GLA Roads and Side Roads (Transfer of Property etc.) (Modification) (College Farm, Finchley) Order 2000, and shall come into force on 9th October 2000.

Section 2 Modification of Order

The GLA Roads and Side Roads (Transfer of Property etc.) Order 2000 shall be deemed for all purposes to have come into force with the following inserted at end of paragraph (b) of article 2(2) (property reserved from transfer)—

or

(c) all property of the Secretary of State comprised in and relating to College Farm, Fitzalan Road (including 47 and 49 Fitzalan Road), Finchley, London N3 3PG as the same is registered at H.M. Land Registry with title absolute under Title Numbers MX141872 and NGL 244982
