Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 3 p.m. on 13th September 2000.

(2) The Motor Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) Order 2000 is hereby revoked.

Section 2

For the purpose of the exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1 and 2 of the Energy Act 1976 to make orders and give directions respectively the Secretary of State designates the filling stations and fuel depots mentioned in the list entitled “Department of Trade and Industry: Second List of Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots” published by him on 13th September 2000.
