Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) (No. 5) Order 2000 and shall come into force at 7 p.m. on 15th September 2000.

(2) The Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) (No. 3) Order and the Liquid and Gaseous Fuel (Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots) (No. 4) Order are hereby revoked.

Section 2

For the purpose of the exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1 and 2 of the Energy Act 1976 to make orders and give directions respectively the Secretary of State designates the filling stations and depots mentioned in the list entitled “Department of Trade and Industry: Sixth List of Designated Filling Stations and Fuel Depots” published by him on 15th September 2000.
