Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Herefordshire Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 2nd October 2000.

Section 2Amendment of Establishment Order

In the Herefordshire Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 —
(a) in article 1(2), the definition of “community health services” shall be omitted; and
(b) article 8 (exercise of functions) shall be omitted.
