Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the South Manchester Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st October 2000.
(2) In this Order—
“the principal Order ” means the South Manchester Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 .

Section 2Amendment of the principal Order

(1) Article 8 of the principal Order shall be omitted.

(2) In the Schedule to the principal Order, after the word “Brooklands,” there shall be inserted the word “Burnage,”.
