Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Milton Keynes Community Health National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st October 2000.

The Milton Keynes Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Milton Keynes Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
