Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Aylesbury Vale Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st October 2000.

Section 2 Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

For article 3 of the Aylesbury Vale Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 substitute the following article—

Nature and functions of the trust

(1) The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 5(1) of the Act.

(2) The trust’s functions shall be to provide goods and the following services for the purposes of the health service, namely hospital and community health services, at or from the following hospitals, establishments or facilities—

(a) Manor House, Bierton Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP20 1EG,

(b) Marlborough House, the Hospital Campus, Standing Way, Eaglestone, Milton Keynes MK6 5NG,

and at or from any associated hospitals, establishments or facilities.
