Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Amendment Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st November 2000.

Section 2 Substitution of Schedule 1 to the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Regulations 1988

For Schedule 1 to the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Regulations 1988 (identification of stations and postcode districts), there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
