Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the East Gloucestershire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 14th October 2000.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
In sub-paragraph (b) of article 3(2) of the East Gloucestershire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 (nature and functions of the trust), for the words “Burlington House, Lypiatt Road, Cheltenham GL50 2QN” substitute the words “Trust HQ, Number 1 College Lawn, Cheltenham GL53 7AG”.
