Section 1Citation, interpretation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Adoption (Intercountry Aspects) Act 1999 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2000.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Adoption (Intercountry Aspects) Act 1999.

Section 2Appointed day

16th of October is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 16(2) (devolution) of the Act.
