Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Mandatory Awards) Regulations 2000 (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 7th November 2000.

Section 2

The Education (Mandatory Awards) Regulations 2000 shall be amended as follows.

Section 3

In paragraph 14(1)(b) and (3) of Schedule 2 insert after the words “city college for the technology of the arts” the words “or a city academy ”.

Section 4

In paragraph 1(1)(c) of Schedule 3 insert at the end the words “or under section 65(3) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 ”.
