Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 28th October 2000.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000

In Schedule 3 Part I, paragraph 1, to the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 after the words “as amended by Commission Decision 2000/542/EC (OJ No. L231, 13.9.00, p. 12)" there shall be added the following—

“ and Commission Decision 2000/651/EC (OJ No. L272, 25.10.00, p. 46) ” .
